At Grossmann & Berger’s headquarters, an interactive, automated presentation room brings the real estate company’s experience, strengths and offerings to life. An art wall, an interactive touch table and projector technology work together to inform and engage customers without the need for costly staff.

Customers can visit the room on their own and discover the world of real estate independently of staff. The range of information on offer is diverse: whether it’s magazines to browse through, videos on interesting projects and developments or interactive applications that guide visitors through more complex information – all this can be explored in a playful way in the automated ‘Innovation Room’.
