At pilot Screentime, we fully exploit the creative and technical potential of digital experiences. Our content production goes far beyond classic videos or animations – we combine digital and audiovisual content with technological solutions to create immersive experiences that have a lasting impact.

Whether 2D or 3D video, motion graphics, sound design, high-quality HD and 4K content or customised templates for automated content generation – we develop tailor-made media content for all digital platforms and screens. We have access to a wide range of tools to build interactive content that is always tailored to the technology used.

INTERACTION, CONTROL AND SENSOR TECHNOLOGY

Knowledge transfer can be particularly inspiring when visitors “experience” it for themselves and actively participate in shaping it.

Thanks to modern touch applications, human interfaces and gesture control, visitors can interact directly with the content. Environmental sensors, RFID and NFC technologies and detectors enable exhibits or entire rooms to respond to presence and change dynamically. Complemented by light control and automated media technology control, every installation becomes a smart experience space with high experiential value.

Interactive exhibits or installations allow your visitors to engage in dialogue with the topic – creating individual stories and turning the exhibition into an active experience.

Technology & Hardware

EXHIBITION PLANNING AND CONSULTING

We are happy to share our many years of diverse experience in the field of experience design and production and provide our customers with comprehensive support – from concept development to the planning phase and implementation to the ongoing operations phase. During the planning phase, we provide support with construction planning, hardware concepts, operational design and content development. Our communication experts work closely with all parties involved – from architects and interior designers to craftsmen and the management board.

With our focus on specialist planning, holistic project management, content and technical design, as well as rollout planning and management, we ensure that everything runs smoothly. Our service also includes the preparation of technical documentation to ensure that your project is implemented successfully and sustainably.

OPERATIONAL ORGANISATION AND SUPPORT

What does everyday life look like in a digital experience? How are visitors efficiently guided and directed? How are ticket prices and availability communicated? And what happens if a device fails? The answers to these questions are essential for smooth operations and just as important as planning them.

We offer comprehensive operational concepts including fire safety, wayfinding and ticketing, as well as professional visitor management. Our support ranges from hotline support and digital help desk to active monitoring of the technology and system set-up, including software and content updates. With clearly defined support agreements (Support Level Agreement = SLAs), we guarantee fast and reliable service at all levels – from 1st to 3rd level support.

FROM CONCEPT TO IMPLEMENTATION: THE ‘PANIk CITY’

pilot Screentime designed and built ‘Panik City’ – the Udo Lindenberg experience – within a year, from the initial idea to the first paying visitor. Within its first year of operation, the interactive and immersive museum was voted number 2 of all Hamburg attractions on Trip Advisor and has since become one of the most successful examples of digital storytelling in Germany.
